"We have spent months trying to have Hugh Strain of Ayr complete the work on our roof on a tenement building in Fort Street in Ayr which we paid £17,000 for, foolishly, in advance in January. Four months later and we are STILL waiting for the work to be completed. One of the apartments in the building is still suffering ongoing leaks. We have been given various dates of completion, none of which have been met and trying to get a response from them is near impossible."
