Listings are curated from public business information — name, location, rating, reviews. All of it is already public on the businesses' own websites and on Google.
If you'd like your listing removed, use the removal form. Actioned within 7 days, no questions asked.
When you submit Get Listed, Claim a Listing, Removal Request, or Contact, we keep what you typed (name, email, phone, message). It's used only to reply to you or action your request — we don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or send marketing.
Stored in Supabase (EU-hosted) for up to 24 months, then auto-deleted.
If you accept on the banner, we load Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit counts. That's the only thing that sets a cookie. If you decline, no analytics fire, no cookies.
No ads, no Facebook Pixel, no remarketing, no third-party trackers. To change your mind, clear site data for topscottrades.co.uk and the banner reappears.
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Use the contact form — usual reply within 2 working days. If you think we've mishandled your data and we can't sort it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
