"I had a awful experience with this locksmith. He charged me £96 but was unable to fix my door. He openly admitted he didn't know what to do, so I told him to leave it. Despite not doing the job, he still insisted on charging me the full amount. Later, I called a different company that fixed the door and replaced the lock perfectly for just £40. When I complain this locksmith back to complain about the abusive charge and ask for a refund, he was extremely cheeky in saing the price table was that and He expected me to be calm after being ripped off, and he ended up hanging up the phone on me. Any paying customer would be angry in this situation. Unprofessional and dishonest. Do not recommend!"
"I'm writing to again say thank you for the prompt and efficient service provided. After months of issues with my doorlock, I was finally blocked out. I contacted A-L24. I was told it would be about 30 mins to get here. It ended up being less. I was quickly back inside my flat. However, I did need the lock, and the barrel changed. The work was completed very professionally. At all times I was kept informed of what I needed and why. When the work was complete, I had everything explained to me, what and how, going forward. Now, to use the lock, and to get in and out of my flat, its like cutting through butter. Its so much easier. Again, thank you very much. Yes, I would recommend and would use this company again."
