"Having finally decided our ancient, rotten sash windows had to be replaced, we found Bespoke windows by RKM when they were recommended by 2 of our neighbours. These satisfied customers cited their approach to the job and quality of the work. After meeting Benn and taking him up on his offer to see the factory and the upvc sash windows that were our preference, we went for it. 9 sash windows. Their price was extremely competitive and we were pleased to be choosing a local business with a 'personal' touch. They even allowed us to keep our yellow windows! All factory sprayed before being installed. They communicated well in the planning stage, keeping us up to speed with the plan (thanks Rhys) and finally the windows went in this week. The Team fitting the windows were excellent - polite and accommodating and SO efficient. All 9 windows were done by early afternoon on day two. Much less hassle than we could ever have imagined. So....we couldn't really be happier. Great job by a great bunch of guys. "Bespoke windows by RKM installed sash windows in our house back in October 2023 - two large bay windows downstairs and three front- facing windows upstairs. The house was built in about 1900 and has character that we wanted to retain. The work was was carefully planned and executed by a very helpful team. We are very happy with the result."
