Had to phone up for the 10 year warranty pack to be sent out, also we were only given a single key which is not very handy if it gets lost. Was told they would post out a spare with the warranty pack but they didn't. Now uncontactable by phone, just a robotic voice telling people to go to www dot and fill in a form. Whilst our issue is relatively minor this is a customer service red flag as anyone with a significant problem with their job after payment would be unable to get any help."
