We hit a snag after stripping the old wallpaper, and found some wild plaster-work so lining paper and extra work was required, but they were polite, explained everything, and they stopped until we were happy to confirm extra costs and continue. They finished the job to a high standard, left the place clean and tidy and the guys were no problem at all in the house (even with a reactive dog!). I'd happily use them again!"
