"Unreliable - avoid!! Came out on a few occasions to quote for various bits of work including joinery, laying laminate flooring, light fittings and some bathroom work. Provided the quotes and we agreed a date to start the work. We messaged the day prior to check that he would still be coming and timings were okay, only to be told he was going to have to cancel all work as (to quote) he preferred bigger, fresh jobs. Very inconvenient and poor to have cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, not sure he would have told us at all had we not chased up. Appreciate any tradesman can pick and choose their work, but to provide quotes, agree work and THEN inform that it's not his preferred 'type' of work is shocking. We are now having to start from scratch again to get this work completed after spending time on a few visits, different quotes etc. For context, the working was due to be a few thousand pounds worth, absolutely avoid unless you are needing thousands +++ done as he will waste your time!!"
