"We wouldn't hesitate in recommending ELS for a bathroom installation. Having had our fill over the years of 'White Van Men' for the sake of saving a few pounds, we decided to take on board and trust the reviews of previous ELS customers. We're usually hard to please, but have to say the company was terrific from initial enquiry to job completion. Professional, efficient, accommodating are just some of the words which spring to mind immediately. The fitting team of John, Kevin, and the apprentices worked tirelessly, putting in full shifts in the middle of a blistering heatwave, finishing the work to a standard we're delighted with and within the promised three day timeline. Very impressive. We certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending ELS to friends, family or neighbours."
"We went to ELS after checking a number of companies and the reviews were the thing to swing it. Our visit to the showroom saw Andy explain the many options and we chose high quality fittings for a new kitchen and bathroom. We had to wait 3 months, which is reassuring and suggested they weren't waiting on work, but the wait was very much worth it. The finished products are quite magnificent and both have exceeded our expectations. Each fit was from Monday to Friday of consecutive weeks and John, Kevin and Sean (the A team!) were quite fantastic. A pleasure to have in your home and very easy to get on with. They fitted our two rooms out to the highest of standard and we have no complaints whatsoever. They are all lovely guys and what mess they made - which was inevitable - was quickly cleared up. We would have no hesitation in recommending ELS and the fitters, Inspiring Home Improvements Ltd, to anyone. You can probably get cheaper, but probably not of the same quality nor with the same attention to detail they showed in the fitting. I have no doubt that these units will last and we are very happy customers! Thank you Postscript: I have had to reduce this review to four stars. Two years on, our toilet started leaking and the staff I spoke to (Andy wasn't there) didn't want to know. So I got a plumber in and he advised that the waste pipe originally fitted was either too short for the raised toilet or had been cut too short. This issue had been addressed by siliconing another piece onto it which didn't hold. So the waste gradually seeped through the sealant and onto the bathroom floor. The seal on the back of the toilet had also been fitted incorrectly. Cost over £100 to sort the problem with a new waste pipe plus labour. That should not have been needed and we were disappointed in the ELS response. Review amended accordingly."
"ELS have just completed work on 2 bathrooms for us. One was a complete replacement and the other involved a new vanity unit, tiles, flooring, mirror etc. We are so pleased with the work and I highly recommend them. From Andy and Lee in the showroom to Neil and his team on construction, the service was exceptional. Top quality materials, first class workmanship and a very reasonable price."
