"Had a leaky roof on my extension which was slowly getting worse. Time to face the music. I contacted Forth Valley Roofing based on their excellent reviews. They gave me a call soon after, popped out, established most likely cause of leak and gave me a couple of options to solve the problem. The cheaper, more short to medium term option was to replace a couple of tiles, with a bigger job offering longer term peace of mind. Just one problem. The tiles are no longer in production. What pleased me and surprised me more than anything was that when Andrew said, "I'll see if I can find you some of these tiles", I assumed he was just being polite, but he actually went on and found them!! Amazing. Couple of days later when I was busy googling salvage tile businesses he phoned me back, then replaced them next day. Speechless and absolutely delighted because the bigger job was more daunting and the timing not quite right for me. Feeling very chuffed. Top job and much appreciated."
"Andrew and his team installed UPVC soffits and fascia boards on part of our house. They did a fantastic job, fast, professional and a good price. So good, we're having them back to do the whole house roof! We've used Andrews' services twice now and would highly recommend."
