"Honestly don’t bother calling them! We were looking for replacement double glazing for a 1990’s house in Scone…. And Vincent came out quick enough promising great things including a quote by the end of the week but - nothing! I chased up once after I had not heard anything for a fortnight and he said he was still waiting for costs. TBH I think the job (13 windows) was just too big for them but a bit of a waste of time for me. In the end we are going with a much more professional alternative, also based in Perth. UPDATE: Hilariously “Gregg” has responded over a year on !!!! This reflects the level of “service” this company provide. He says he doesn’t know Vincent - maybe because he has retired in the interim….?? Haha (Interesting he refers to, obviously, his review practice “on a Saturday night” - this is not how everyone spends their weekends…. Think the company focus should be improving performance over slandering genuine reviews.)"
