"Shocking how this guy is trading. Complete disaster fitting a central heating system causing £18,000 of damage by using the wrong fittings on the pipework throughout. Every fitting failed causing catastrophic flooding into a newly decorated house. No insulation on pipework, tried to charge me for a boiler, charged me for material that he kept for other jobs, blamed everyone else including his brother for faults, wouldn't take responsibility for anything. I know of 5 more cases where this failed plumber has turned jobs into disasters. His insurers finally paid all the costs. This guy talks like a plumber and that's it, out of all the trades who were working at the property ignite plumbing and heating were the worst. Hopeless company. Do not use."
"I recently had a radiator replaced with a smaller unit, along with some pipework re-routed. Works were completed exactly as quoted with no surprises, and the standard of workmanship was excellent. I'm really pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
