"I unfortunately cannot recommend Imperial Paving & Landscaping Aberdeen based on our experience. Initially, they were very prompt in coming out to provide a quote, and although they changed their plan for how the work would be carried out during the job, this wasn’t a major issue for us at the time. The quality and price of the work was fine, although i suspect the person doing our wall repair didn’t have much experience with that type of work but we were happy enough how it turned out. However, towards the end of the project, when the work was almost complete, they asked to be paid in full with the promise that they would return the following week to tidy up and finish the remaining work. Unfortunately, that never happened. Over the next six months, I contacted them repeatedly by phone and text and was constantly promised they would come back to complete the job, but every promise was broken. On several occasions we waited in for the work team to arrive, only for nobody to turn up and no communication to be given. The owner comes across as very convincing and apologetic, and is quick to promise that things will be sorted, but in our experience none of those promises were followed through. I genuinely didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after months of chasing and being let down repeatedly, I feel I have no choice. Based on our experience, I honestly could not recommend this company."
