"Kev D also offers carpet cleaning services and after he didn't arrive at the agreed time to clean our carpets I messaged him to see what the issue was. He had a family issue which was fair enough, but no excuse not to contact me prior to me preparing the whole house for him, and if he truly valued me as a customer he could have offered a discounted clean to make up for it but he wasn't phased. Very disappointed."
