"They told me they could fix a problem, I sent a full description and photos. They arrive and tell me they now couldn’t and still charged me for a callout fee. They said they needed speciality parts that no longer exist. In front of them I called the manufacturer and they sent the parts the next day. The parts arrived and they came back to install them, only told me it was impossible and the only thing to do was replace everything at 10 times the price - again they charged an extortionate call out fee. I found another company who installed everything that day cheaper than the actual callout fee of this company. I found them to be completely untrustworthy and unable to do the work."
