"Called in to the boiler emergency, got told to order parts made arrangements to come on Tuesday the 28th of October. I'm working away so my wife took a day off to meet the gentleman, unfortunately nobody turned up nor answered any phone calls or messages. Wasted weeks without hot water and money on parts. Sorry to be posting negative review but absolute waste of time"

"Giving 2 stars because the team provide a Incredible fast response and they are very friendly guys. I hesitated to leave a review because it is human to make mistakes . Sadly this cost money to costumers. We had a leaking toilet in our new home so we called Kevin. They came next day first time in the morning with great attitude. We paid £90 for the 30 -35 min work. They sealed the cistern. We considered a bit pricey but we were happy to get things sorted. Sadly , in the evening we had the same poodle of water in the toilet seat so I emailed Kevin with pictures. He answered immediately and send another plumber next day. They both arrived to the conclusion we needed to replace the toilet. They offered a reduced price of over £450 for the whole job to replace the unit. I told them I would keep observing the leak etc And I would call them if the job needed to be done. At that stage I thought it was just condensation (for what there are other fixings ) So we stop using the toilet beca there was a water mark on the ceiling downstairs. We keep using the sink and shower tho. BIG MISTAKE . Recently we found that the leak is caused by the sink . Still looking for a reliable plumber and reasonable price to fix the problem now the delay on doing the right diagnosis and repair cause a greater damaged to the ceiling downstairs. It is completely rooted :( There is mold that is making us really sick . I think is important to share the good and bad experiences. Sadly our was just not the right solution. Couldn’t imagine if we have changed the toilet and pay for it and then the issue haven’t been fixed at all."
