"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. We had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am on 15th June, which had been confirmed in advance by email with Sarah. Nobody attended, and we received no phone call, email or message to let us know there was a delay or issue. At 9:40am, after waiting for over 40 minutes, we tried calling the company ourselves. The call was rejected with an automated message asking us to call back later. We then sent a message explaining that we had a confirmed 9:00am appointment and asking whether the inspection was still going ahead or if something had happened. Unfortunately, we never received any response and were completely ghosted. It's a shame, as we had high hopes based on the excellent reviews and would have been understanding if there had been an emergency or scheduling issue. However, a simple phone call, text message or follow-up would have gone a long way. Being left waiting with no communication whatsoever is not the level of service we expected."
