"We were impressed by all the staff and contractors from the very start of the process of replacing our kitchen. The design followed all our wishes and the process was explained in great detail. Gordon and Davie, the installers, showed the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. It was a huge pleasure to use such a great local company."
"These guys are excellent. Starting with the design phase, Ewan was key in making suggestions, without making us feel obligated, on how our bathroom and en suite complete refurb could best be achieved. During the works completion, the guys were always polite, provided ongoing communication on progress, asked questions if anything was not entirely clear, and made additional suggestions where issues arose during the works. As can happen, a couple of issues did arise during the works - these were not anyone’s fault as such and only came to light as work progressed. I only mention them so that I can state that the manner in which the company dealt with the issues was exemplary. They really did take a “customer satisfaction” approach to remedying the problems and ensuring the customer was happy with the outcome. That is possibly the biggest difference I have found between Coast and any other firm I have encountered. No fuss, no blame, just a determination to get things right for the customer. I would not hesitate to use Coast again, or to recommend them."
"We had a great experience right from the beginning when I called at the showroom. Ewan then came out and appraised our old bathroom and did an excellent design for the new one. We loved the design and said yes straight away as we felt the price was very good for the quality of everything being used. The fitting was started at the time agreed. The fitters were clean, considerate and professional at every thing they did. So happy with the end result. Would definitely used again in the future and recommend to family and friends."
