"These guys are amazing! When I had an emergency with a distressed pigeon behind the fireplace in our Airbnb today, they were concerned about the bird’s welfare and said they would be there within the hour. Only charged for the gas check once the fire was reinstalled. I am very grateful to them as it was a stressful situation for the pigeon, our guests and myself trying to find someone at short notice!! I will definitely use them in the future as they were so helpful! I highly recommend this company."
