"We recently had renovation work carried out by L Scobie Joiners and Contractors and honestly had a great experience with them. We had 3 internal brick walls taken down and steel beams added to create an open plan kitchen/diner space, as well as new windows (one of them enlarged with new lintel), a new patio door and new back door and steps, as well as a flat roof repair. Lee is very friendly and approachable, which helped tremendously in making the process feel smooth and stress-free. He was very organised and arranged and project managed all the trades ensuring that the space was completed ready for the kitchen installation (supplied by Planet Kitchens in Perth). We wanted the whole project finished within 3 months and we were impressed that he always had a builder, joiner or another trade working on the job to complete it on time. The quote we were given at the beginning was accurate too, with no surprises or hidden extras which was a relief. Lee and his team were reliable, professional and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I am extremely happy with the standard of work in my finished kitchen/diner, and love my picture window and hidden door to the boot room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

"Lee and his team just completed a garden room extension to our house for us and we are so happy with the end result. From the very start, Lee totally understood what we were hoping to achieve and made several excellent suggestions which definitely improved on our initial ideas. Like other reviews state, Lee was great at communicating and liaising with us at all times and was always available to answer any queries (although we hardly had any, the project was so well run). It is an old house and of course a few issues arose that weren't anticipated but they were all dealt with and sorted out without any fuss. All of Lee's team are so professional, friendly and helpful - such hard workers, very organised and always tidying up at the end of each day. A special call out to Ian, who was brilliant and whose eye for detail knows no limits, and Casper, especially for his scribing work! Despite having a few changes, Lee brought the project in on budget and we are delighted we have a lovely room that we can now use all year round. We would highly recommend Lee Scobie and will certainly use them again for any future work we have."

"Had these guys in for a kitchen/diner/hall knock-through - turning three rooms into one big open plan space, with new kitchen, staircase, entrance hall and patio door.
