"Needed a bathroom renovation. First email, they said must have gone to spam. Second email they scheduled to come out. Nice guy on visit. Took measurements and talked about the renovations, and then I never heard from them again. While they have positive reviews, I can’t say my experience was anything but poor. Poor communication and customer service. Would not do business with them. The company then responds to my review indicating they emailed me designs. This would not be correct information. No email received from them anywhere to be found. Still would not do business with them."
