"Avoid this company at all costs. They do not take accountability for any issues they cause. We've had to pay essentially double to fix the issues we were left with ourselves. Hot and cold taps the wrong way round. Toilet not screwed down. Toilet pipe cracked leaking sewage into downstairs. Wall panels fitted incorrectly (one on top of the other rather than whole sheet). Huge gaps between ceiling and silicone. Incorrect screws fitted in shower resulting in rust drips down the panels which cannot be cleaned off or removed. Overflow connected to nothing resulting in a leak downstairs. This doesn't even include the issues we faced whilst having the bathroom fitted. The fitter they supplied also lied about us and said we were trying to con them out of money when he had actually told us that he would knock money off our fitting fee. Disgusting. We fixed the majority of the issues without contacting the company because honestly we had lost all faith in them and didn't want them back in our home. However when the issue with the rust came about, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and the whole shower panel will need to be replaced. I was infuriated - but not surprised - to be told that they won't be doing anything about this as it's a fitter issue and not a supply issue. Save yourself the money - and the headache and chose a different company to fit and supply your bathroom."

Scott and Stan were incredible in helping us choose and design our dream space. They were so friendly, professional, and patient – nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted.
