"Completely disappointed as we have used them before with no issues. However, we had an appointment booked in about 5 weeks in advance but didn't bother to show up. Even had the odacity to email us whilst on holiday to reschedule the time which, we were happy to accommodate even though we had to rejuggle our diaries. Even text them to see if they were on their way and as yet still no response. Would not recommend. Time wasters and zero customer service."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Professional Install & Immaculate Finish I recently used Craig to wall-mount two TVs, and while the project ended up being a bit more of an investment than I’d originally planned, I am incredibly happy with the outcome. I originally wanted a single TV mounted in the living room with the cables chased into the wall. After impulse-buying a second TV for the bedroom, I suggested switching to surface trunking to keep costs down. However, Craig gave me the expert advice that for my hollow stud walls, fishing the cables inside the cavity would provide a far superior look for a similar labour effort. He ended up doing full in-wall cable chasing for both rooms and secured both TVs perfectly. Although it was a little more than my initial budget, it was a very fair price considering the high-end hardware used and the amount of precision work involved in hiding all the cables for two separate setups. The finish is absolutely flawless—it looks like a professional showroom without a single wire in sight. Craig is clearly an expert who prioritizes structural safety and a clean aesthetic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a proper, high-quality home cinema setup!"
