"Needed to have the hot water cylinder and the area it sits replaced. They were easy to communicate with asking for pictures so they already know what to expect, came to see it with their own eyes, and quickly got around to ordering what was needed to get it done asap. The job itself was done professionally and quickly. Friendly too with them encouraging to ask as many questions as we want so we were confident about it too.
