"We have used Premier Maintenance over several years to renovate and maintain our portfolio of rental properties. The work performed has consistently met the highest standards and remained within budget, resulting in considerable satisfaction for both ourselves and our tenants. Because of this experience, when we recently decided to renovate our own property there was no hesitation in bringing in Premier Maintenance to undertake this substantial project. Our renovation project involved significant work, including removing four structural walls to open up the floor area, installing a new kitchen, updating flooring, adding bi-fold doors, and creating a outdoor decking area.
