"From the initial quote request to the final handover, the team at RI Cruden were professional and a pleasure to work with. The installation of the Samsung Gen 7 ASHP and Joule cylinder to replace our oil boiler was a major project. To ensure maximum efficiency at low flow temperatures, the microbore tubing and radiators were also replaced. The system has now been running for six weeks without any issues. Our 1950s bungalow is now consistently warm, and comfort levels have improved significantly.
