"Avoid. they text randomly ie 12.30pm midweek and 11.30pm weekends, poor communication / explanation in general of whats going on etc. They barely answer questions you ask via email/ text. They did the report and didnt tell me it was a fail at the time. i had to wait over a week for certs to then find out it was a fail- i could have made changes in that week whilst i was waiting for the certs. it would be common sense to say - its a fail, you need to do X, Y, Z to fix ! but there's zero feedback.they just send you a cert once you pay the money"
