"Extremely disappointed with the service,finish and lack of accountability for the work. Nicky initially was very good agreed everything and payment dates. Work took 3 weeks longer than it should have but made the final payment as agreed. In collection of the final payment Nicky said if there were any issues to get in contact with him,within a week I had water leaking from the middle of the drive running down onto the street. Contacted Nicky by WhatsApp as he was on holiday and he said he would be in touch on his return in a few days. This is the last I have heard from him tried calling numerous times straight to answer machine horrendous customer service and lack of accountability for the issues. Never had to leave a negative review like this before I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable and honest company to look elsewhere before using The Glasgow Paving Company"
"Nicky and his team did our dropped kerb in Glasgow City Council. They were able to install our kerb quickly around other work in the area. It was a tricky job as we are in the process of replacing our driveway that was botched by a different contractor, and we wanted a new border on the pavement for a new installation, which the team did diligently. We are extremely pleased with our dropped kerb and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective dropped kerb."
