"Requested a quote to fix a leak coming from an external balcony. They came and immediately quoted for replacing the decking, claiming one board was slightly warped and causing water to run under the door. This was completely incorrect and easily determined, as the carpet on the other side of the door was not wet! — the leak was actually entering the property below the balcony, not through the door. I asked whether they had lifted the decking and checked the waterproofing seals around the beams. They never answered the simple clarification questions. I chased several times and was repeatedly ignored. Overall, poor communication and no real investigation into the actual issue."
"Had an issue with water leaking from my property into my downstairs neighbours flat and quickly had a plumber(Nick) out to trace the issue (found to be a cracked concealed shower valve). Richard came out to quote for a new shower unit and replastering/redecorating the following day. The work was completed within a week of insurance confirming the quote and couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. Good communication when choosing new panelling/paint colours etc and work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. Would recommend them to anyone needing work done. Thank you again to Richard, Nick, John & Warren for their combined efforts in our new bathroom."
