"Absolutely shocking! This company was recommended to us by a friend who had a kitchen purchased from this company. The showroom looks nice, the buying experience is nice. They have a big widescreen TV where they plan your kitchen. All very good. However, do not under any circumstances allow them to use their fitters. The fitter we got was shocking. Appliances weren't fitted properly, not screwed in. The oven was not level, so condensation dripped off, warped the kitchen units. The plinths on the bottom weren't fitted properly, all the plastic covers were left on so you can’t get them off properly and now just looks messy. Units were fitted without taking the plastic covering off which has left untidy edges when we tried to cut off what plastic we could. The doors weren't straight or aligned. Shelves weren't fitted. Extractor fans weren't fitted properly. Twice I complained and the fitter came back and didn’t finish the job properly, leaving the chimney part of the extractor off, then when he did fit it, he didn’t screw it in place. The worktop was chipped and the fitter covered it up without notify me, after complaining he came back out again to ‘repair’ it, you still see the chip. The alignment of units was shocking. We are going through a renovation of another property and I actually had to get our own joiner to fix the problems that the fitters for this company had left. I have had issues for over a year now where I haven't received the extractor fan filters, the charcoal filters. They have sent the wrong filter, it doesn't even fit the product. It's totally wrong. The doors of the kitchen have chipped really easily. There are a few unused spaces, these could have been maximised for other storage. Overall experience after buying three kitchens and 2 bathrooms we bought off them, is just shocking. I wouldn't recommend these people to anybody. The product looks good if it's fitted properly, but they don't have their own fitters. They sub it out and it was just a shoddy job. The other problem I had was I bought bathrooms from this company as well. Graham, the bathroom planner, sold me a sink that didn't actually fit in the space. So when you sat on the toilet, the actual unit for the sink was in the way. You couldn't sit on the toilet properly. Just really poor. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but we spent A LOT of money with this company and sadly after the purchase the service was not there."
