"Was pleased to see works finally being done in the black in Kelso. Not pleased with what they done though. Stripped some paint, threw some paint on, surfaces not prepped. Painting a building from the bottom up makes no sense No sign of them for 2 months and half finished job left a their trail. Didn’t see any spraying, just a guy jumping about with a roller. Only planted bits at the bottoms badly painting over flaky paint and unprepped surfaces Doesn’t look professional A bigger eyesore now, and the talk of the town"
