"I first got in touch with TVC back in early 2023 when Adam came out to quote for a full refurbishment of a 2-bedroom flat in Edinburgh. The job was extensive and included fitting a new kitchen, renovating windows, fitting new internal and external doors, all woodwork throughout the flat, plastering, lining and decorating walls, painting, and fitting new flooring. Basically a complete overhaul of the property apart from the bathroom, which his team also painted as part of the work. Adam and his team also helped with assembling IKEA furniture and all the finishing touches like curtain rails, drilling, hanging things etc., which made a huge difference as I live abroad and couldn’t be there myself. Since that first project, Adam has become my go-to for painting and decorating work across properties in my portfolio. He has also handled a major insurance job for me following water damage, which ended up becoming a full refurbishment of a 3-bedroom flat. What I value most is trust and reliability. Adam always gets back to me, provides competitive and fair quotes, and I know the work will be done properly. TVC may not always be the cheapest option, but in my experience you get what you pay for, and with Adam and his team I know I’m getting good value and peace of mind. Living abroad, it’s important for me to have someone I can rely on to act on my behalf when needed, and over the years Adam has become exactly that person. I trust him completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him."
"We are delighted with the kitchen replacement that Adam and his team undertook for us earlier this year. The whole project was efficiently planned and sequenced throughout, so that the right people arrived at the right time to keep the project moving. We were impressed by every member of the team for their skill, focus and care taken to clean up and keep the open plan living area protected. We had worried about being many miles away while the work was done, but Adam kept us fully in the picture with photo updates and suggestions for addressing any issues as they emerged and for adding small, thoughtful extras that have made a huge difference to the finished look and practicality of the kitchen.
